Operation Touch, Inc. has been touching lives and helping people over the last decade
through health fairs, educational seminars and trainings, and by providing food and
clothing to those in need.
January 2010 marked our 10th anniversary of providing health education and
resources to access health services and community services. We have made many strides
and continue to evaluate the health needs of the community as well as daily survival
needs. Our goal continues to be to provide population of Wyandotte County and
surrounding areas.
This year as health care debates continue, we turn our focus toward empowering
individuals to take personal responsibility for their health. A new direction has been
sited to address and identified one of the top health concerns in our nation. Diabetes,
Heart Disease and Obesity.
Diabetes, Heart Disease and Obesity are growing at rapid rates nationwide and in our
community. The risks to the community are astronomical. Each of these areas places a
heavy burden on individuals and families, communities and the economy, and the
health care profession. However, we believe through education, screenings and follow
ups, the number of persons affected and the degree or level of the problem can be
greatly reduced.

believe in the laws of health given by the creator which will, if practiced, provide
